HELPING YOU DISCOVER
where you've come from, where you are now,
and where you want to be.
Welcome. So glad you are here.
You've been carrying so much.

Maybe it's grief that won't let go, or wounds from your past that still ache. Perhaps you're exhausted from caring for everyone else—your family, your work, your responsibilities—while your own needs slip further down the list. Your relationships might feel stuck or strained, or life has shifted in ways you never expected.

You don't have to keep doing this alone.

If you're curious about what it would feel like to set some of this down—to understand yourself more deeply, to heal, to create real, lasting change—there's space for you here.

This is your time.

SERVICES

Individual Therapy
Reflective Roots provides individual telehealth therapy throughout MN and WI in a welcoming, affirming and non-judgmental environment to adults of all identities and backgrounds who are willing to acknowledge their own strengths and role in the issues they face and are open to exploring their past to better understand their present.
Brainspotting
"Where you look affects how you feel." - David Grand, Ph.D.
Precise eye positions, called "brainspots", correlate with unprocessed emotions or trauma. Focusing on these spots while mindfully processing allows access to deeper regions of the brain where emotions and trauma are stored; helping restore a balanced nervous system and resolve problematic symptoms.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing alleviates distress stored in the body by using
bilateral stimulation while the client recalls a memory and processes associated emotions and thoughts.
It is recognized by organizations such as the American Psychiatric Association and the World Health Organization as one of the most effective treatments for PTSD and trauma-related conditions.
