Therapeutic Approach
I will greet you with warmth in a supportive environment where you will be heard and witnessed. I am empathetic, genuine, skilled, and direct while providing the clinical skills and professional support needed to guide you on your healing journey. We will collaborate to develop and achieve goals that are important to you. I use a variety of tailored treatment interventions combined with a holistic perspective to provide customized care. With some curiosity, accountability, motivation for change, and a bit of vulnerability on your part, I will help you draw from your strengths to further discover yourself and navigate life's challenges.

My work is guided by relational, humanistic, psychodynamic, attachment and developmental theories. I often offer psychoeducation so that you can better understand why you experience certain emotions and symptoms while teaching you how to get out of "overdrive" through supporting your parasympathetic nervous system. My specialized training in Brainspotting and EMDR, paired with a wide range of other professional experiences, allow me to offer comprehensive and integrative therapies that yield lasting results.
It is an honor to walk alongside my clients on their unique healing journeys. It is important that my clients feel comfortable, able to be vulnerable, and accomplished during our work together. Many clients have shared their appreciation of my supportive and genuine character; allowing them to dig deeper in the work we do together. I believe the therapeutic relationship to be a driving component to your success and I want to empower you to trust yourself to do the work of therapy.
